Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When your browser asks for a page, our hosting provider handles the request and, like any web host, processes technical information to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse: your IP address, the page address you asked for, the time, and the browser and device details your browser sends. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited period under its own privacy policy. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
Office Broadway does not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie on its own if it needs to check that a visitor is not automated traffic; that cookie is not used to identify you or follow you around the web.
Analytics
We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site at the moment. If we add privacy-friendly visit counting later, we will describe it here, including what it records, before it goes live.
Accounts and forms
There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms that collect personal information. The search box and the filters on the Shows page work with the list of shows already in the page. If you press Enter in the search box, it opens the Shows page with your search in the page address, and that address appears in the server logs described above like any other.
Calendar files
The closing and opening calendar files are ordinary downloads. Adding one to your calendar does not tell us who you are.
Links to other sites
Show pages link to official sellers, lottery platforms and theater websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what they collect when you visit them is up to them.
If you email us
If you write to hello@officebroadway.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to act on corrections, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about privacy go to the same address.
