What this site is
Office Broadway is a reference desk for people who want to see a Broadway show. It answers the questions you have before you buy: what is playing, at which theater, how long it runs, when it closes, and how to get in for less through the lottery, rush, standing room, student tickets or TKTS. It also keeps facts about the Broadway theaters themselves and the long-run records.
It covers Broadway only: the shows in the Broadway theaters of Midtown Manhattan. Off-Broadway, touring productions and London are not included.
What it is not
We do not sell tickets, and we are not affiliated with any show, producer, theater owner, ticketing company or lottery platform. Every show page links to the official seller once one is published and names the box office, because those are the places to buy. We do not publish box office grosses or attendance figures.
How it is kept up to date
Every week we review each running show's dates, its lottery and rush policies, and the theater facts against the sources listed on each page: the show's own website, its official ticketing and lottery pages, the theater operators' sites, TDF and published production records. When something changes between reviews, such as a closing announcement or a new lottery, we update it as soon as we see it.
Some things change faster than any weekly review can catch. Lottery windows move, rush prices change, and standing room comes and goes. That is why we make one promise on every page.
The "last verified" promise
Every page that shows a ticket policy or a date says when it was last verified against its sources. On a list page, the date is the oldest check among the items listed, so every item on the page was checked on that day or later. If a date looks old, treat the details as a starting point and confirm with the box office.
